Mandy's Bridal Shower Cake

This is a White Almond Sour Cream cake. I baked 2 layers and torted each one for a total of 4 layers of cake. I filled the layers with fresh almond whipped cream and fresh strawberries. The cake is iced in vanilla buttercream colored with Wilton Rose. The dress, flowers, and shoes are made of homemade marshmallow fondant. The wedding colors were Fuschia, black, and white. The bride wore a pair of bright fuschia heels under her white dress!
