Lemon Lovers Cake

Petal shaped cakes and one round cake all iced in buttercream and then finished in homemade fondant. The center cake has freehand piped scrollwork that was dusted with pearl luster dust. Buttercream pearls adorn the edges of each cake, individually piped by hand. The cake is made complete by a small bouquet of white roses, and hyacinth, made from gumpaste and finished off with silver stems with jewel accents.
