Cream Filled Cupcakes

These cream filled cupcakes are so good and simple to make!

Made these for my cousin's bridal shower and everyone loved them.

1 box devil's food cake mix (water, eggs, and vegetable oil needed for cake mix)

1 1/2 containers (12 oz) fluffy whipped white frosting

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional-for decoration)

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make and bake the cake mix according to box for 24 cupcakes - using the eggs, oil, and water it asks for. Cool the cupcakes in the pan for about 15 minutes before removing. Move to wire rack to cool completely.

2. Grab a plastic bag or cake piping bag and spoon frosting into it. If using a plastic bag, snip 1/4 inch of corner of bag. Gently push piping bag tip or plastic bag corner into center of cupcake - squeeze about 2 teaspoons frosting into center of cupcake and be careful not to split the cupcake. Frost tops of cupcakes with the remaining frosting.

3. Use mini chocolate chips or choose another fun way to decorate your cupcakes!
